Vexa Labs ("we", "us") operates vexalabs.io and the Vexa products, including Vexa Flow (flow.vexalabs.io) and Vexa CRM (crm.vexalabs.io). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account data created when you use a Vexa product — user names, roles and login details.
• Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected to improve our services.

Your files

In Vexa Flow, files uploaded by agencies are stored in each agency's own connected Google Drive. Vexa Labs does not keep copies of those files on its servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our products (such as hosting, SMS/OTP and payment providers) or when required by law.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
