Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Vexa Labs products and services. It is part of our Terms & Conditions. Where a product's own website has a separate refund policy, that policy applies to that product.

Free trials

Free trials (such as the 15-day Vexa Flow trial) cost nothing and need no card, so there is nothing to refund. You can simply stop using the product.

Subscriptions (Vexa Flow, Vexa CRM)

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, and partly used periods are not pro-rated.
• We will refund in full if you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling in time, or if a payment was taken but the plan could not be activated because of a fault on our side. Please tell us within 7 days of the payment.

Custom software, website and marketing services

• Refunds and cancellation for project work follow the proposal or agreement signed for that project.
• Advance payments cover work already planned or started and are generally not refundable once work begins.
• Money paid to advertising platforms (Meta, Google and others) as ad spend is controlled by those platforms and cannot be refunded by us.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@vexalabs.io or call / WhatsApp +91 92771 18327 with your registered email or phone number, the product or project name and the payment details. We reply within 2 working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The time taken for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
