These terms apply to your use of vexalabs.io and the products and services offered by Vexa Labs, including Vexa Flow and Vexa CRM. By using them you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
Trials & subscriptions
- Free trials (such as the 15-day Vexa Flow trial) give access for the stated period. After it ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
- Subscriptions are paid online in advance and renew per the plan you choose.
- Vexa Labs may suspend accounts with unpaid dues or that breach these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products — including attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful content or disrupting the service.
Your data
You own the data you put into Vexa products. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Custom projects
Software, website and marketing projects are governed by the proposal or agreement signed for that project.
Liability
Our products are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vexa Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
